Summary
This study tested whether different amounts of aerobic exercise could improve the health of the smallest blood vessels in people with heart disease. Researchers enrolled 115 sedentary patients in a cardiac rehab program to measure how exercise affects blood flow, fitness, and stress on the body. The goal was to find the best exercise routine to help control heart disease and improve patients' physical capacity.
