NCT ID NCT07413614
Summary
This study aims to see if exercise can be a safe, drug-free way to help control blood pressure in people with glaucoma and high blood pressure. Researchers will test 60 participants to compare how different types of exercise (like aerobic or strength training) done at different times of day affect blood pressure over 24 hours. The main goal is to find the safest and most effective exercise routine for this group.
