Can a prescribed exercise plan shrink dangerous liver fat?

NCT ID NCT04835831

Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized, doctor-prescribed exercise program can reduce fat in the liver for people with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). It will involve about 115 participants who will follow the exercise plan and have their liver fat measured before, after, and six months later. The goal is to see if this lifestyle change can provide a lasting benefit for controlling this common liver condition.
