NCT ID NCT06776627
Summary
This study tested whether a specially designed exercise program could help women with endometriosis feel better. Researchers in Martinique worked with 51 women to see if regular, adapted physical activity could reduce their pain, improve sleep, and enhance their overall quality of life. The goal was to see if exercise could become a standard part of care for managing this chronic condition.
