Summary
This study aims to see which of two exercise programs works better to improve physical fitness in young children with Down syndrome. Researchers will compare Cuevas Medek Exercises, which focus on balance and posture, with Rebound Exercises, which use a small trampoline. The study will include 22 children aged 3-8 who will do their assigned exercises three times a week for 12 weeks.
