First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week exercise program that targets the trunk, hips, knees, and ankles can reduce nerve pain and improve quality of life in people with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. About 64 adults with type 2 diabetes and nerve damage will be randomly assigned to either the full-body exercise program or a standard leg exercise program. The goal is to see if the broader exercise approach offers better symptom relief.
