Summary
This study aims to see which of two different exercise programs works better to improve balance and the ability to perform daily tasks for older adults with diabetic nerve pain. Researchers will compare a modified Otago exercise program with a neuromuscular stabilization program. The goal is to help reduce the risk of falls and improve independence for people living with this common diabetes complication.
