Summary
This study tested if adding special sensory exercises to a standard physical therapy routine could better help people with diabetic nerve damage. It involved 30 adults with type 2 diabetes and moderate nerve problems, focusing on improving their balance, joint awareness, and quality of life. Participants did exercises for 45 minutes, three times a week for eight weeks, and researchers measured changes in their stability and body perception.
