Simple leg exercises may boost circulation for diabetes patients
NCT ID NCT06064721
Summary
This study tested whether a specific set of leg exercises, called Buerger-Allen exercises, can improve blood flow in the feet and legs of people with type 2 diabetes. Poor circulation is a common problem that can lead to serious complications. Researchers compared 74 participants who either did the exercises along with their usual care or received only their usual care to see if the exercises made a difference.
