Summary

This study tests a twice-weekly exercise and coaching program for 50 adults with mild-moderate cognitive impairment. Participants will either join in-person group classes or exercise at home with remote coaching. The goal is to see if the program is practical and enjoyable, and whether it improves endurance, mobility, and thinking over 12 months.
