Exercise may ease neck pain and boost brain health

Summary
This study tests whether different exercise routines can improve physical health, thinking skills, brain structure, and blood markers in people with chronic neck pain. Twenty-one adults with neck pain for at least 3 months will do 36 exercise sessions over 12 weeks. The goal is to see which exercise approach works best.
