Back pain relief: which exercise works better?

Summary

This study looks at whether lumbar stabilization exercises or back endurance exercises are better at improving spine movement and stability in female university students with chronic low back pain. About 60 participants will be assigned to one of the two exercise groups. The goal is to find out which approach helps more with pain and daily function.
