First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study aims to understand why some people with chest pain and shortness of breath, but no major heart artery blockages, have poor fitness. Researchers will test if a remotely monitored, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercise program can safely improve their heart function, fitness levels, and quality of life. The study involves 25 participants who will undergo special exercise tests before and after the training program.
