Can a workout routine ease the burden of cancer treatment?
NCT ID NCT07215364
Summary
This study aims to see if a structured exercise program can improve quality of life for women being treated for early-stage breast cancer. About 74 patients in Spain will be assigned to either follow a 6-month combined aerobic and resistance training plan or receive standard care with general exercise guidelines. Researchers will measure changes in pain, fatigue, and overall well-being to see if regular exercise helps manage common side effects of hormone therapy.
