Can guided exercise beat home workouts for cancer recovery?
NCT ID NCT07465393
Summary
This study aims to find out if a supervised exercise program that includes relaxation techniques is better than doing exercises at home alone for breast cancer survivors. It focuses on helping people regain muscle mass and strength lost during cancer treatment and improving their overall quality of life. The research will compare two 16-week programs to see which approach leads to better physical and emotional recovery.
