First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at whether low-intensity exercise that combines physical and mental activities can help improve memory and thinking in older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Researchers will compare a group that does this exercise three times a week for three months to a group that continues their normal routine. The goal is to see if the exercise group shows better cognitive test scores and changes in blood markers linked to brain health.
