Summary
This study tested whether aerobic exercise or resistance training is better for improving bone density in postmenopausal women who have type 2 diabetes and are at risk for osteoporosis. Fifty women aged 50-60 participated in the completed trial. Researchers measured bone density in the spine before and after the exercise programs to see which type was more effective.
