Summary
This study aims to find out which type of exercise gives a better immediate boost to focus and alertness. Active young adults will try two different workouts on separate days: a steady jog and a session of high-intensity intervals. Researchers will measure their attention, reaction time, and how they feel before and after each session to see which is more effective.
