Can a few words of encouragement keep seniors moving?
NCT ID NCT07437521
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether giving older adults regular, encouraging feedback during a 12-week exercise program would help them stick with it, feel more confident, and improve their physical ability. Fifty-four healthy adults aged 65+ were split into two groups: one received periodic check-ins and personalized feedback, while the other just did the exercises. The goal was to see if the extra feedback made a difference in their motivation and results.
