First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Aug 06, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining exercise with ergonomics training can ease musculoskeletal pain in pastry chefs. Sixty chefs with at least five years of experience will be randomly assigned to receive either ergonomics training alone or ergonomics plus a tailored exercise program. The goal is to see if the combination reduces pain, improves sleep, and lowers burnout.
