Summary

This study tests whether exercise can improve how well people with PTSD learn to overcome fear. 200 adults with PTSD will do a fear-learning task and then either rest or exercise at different intensities. Researchers will measure fear responses and brain activity to see if exercise helps them remember safety over fear longer.
