Summary

This study looks at whether adding electrotherapy and exercise video games to standard physical therapy helps children and teens who have finished cancer treatment. About 45 participants aged 3 to 16 will be split into groups to compare different therapy combinations. The goal is to improve strength, fitness, balance, and quality of life, and to see if gaming makes exercise more fun and consistent.
