Summary

This study aims to understand if following a regular exercise program for 8 weeks can improve sleep quality, shift a person's natural daily energy pattern (whether they're a morning or night person), and reduce feelings of depression in university students. Researchers are observing 54 students who are already enrolled in an exercise course, tracking their activity and measuring changes through questionnaires.
