Summary
This study looks at whether specific arm and leg exercises can improve muscle strength, breathing, and exercise ability in children with cystic fibrosis. About 22 kids aged 6 to 18 will be randomly assigned to different exercise routines. The goal is to see if targeting upper or lower limbs offers extra benefits beyond standard care.
