Summary

This study looks at how six weeks of aerobic or resistance exercise changes inflammation and immune markers in 36 sedentary young women aged 18-30. Researchers will measure blood and saliva samples to see how each exercise type affects the body's defenses. The goal is to learn which exercise is best for improving immune health, so future exercise plans can be personalized.
