Can exercise pump up life for kidney patients?
NCT ID NCT07438002
Summary
This study is testing whether a structured exercise program can help people with chronic kidney disease feel better and function better in daily life. It will enroll 50 adults with kidney disease, including some on dialysis. Participants will be randomly assigned to either follow a combined aerobic and strength training program or continue with their usual care, so researchers can compare the effects on physical ability and quality of life.
