First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at how different exercise routines (aerobic, strength, circuit, and no exercise) affect blood flow and other health markers in people with peripheral artery disease (PAD). PAD narrows leg arteries, causing pain when walking. Sixteen adults with stage II PAD will try each exercise type in random order. The goal is to find which exercise works best and which patients prefer.
