Can simple home videos ease the exhaustion after a liver transplant?
NCT ID NCT07417423
Summary
This study tested whether providing structured home exercise instructions could help people recover after a liver transplant. Researchers compared giving patients exercise brochures, exercise videos, or just standard care to see which approach best improved physical activity, reduced feelings of tiredness (fatigue), and lessened the strain on their caregivers. The goal was to find a practical way to support long-term recovery at home.
