Summary
This study tests whether a program of exercise and patient education can reduce hip and groin pain in people with hip dysplasia, compared to usual care. About 200 adults with confirmed hip dysplasia and at least three months of pain will take part. The main goal is to measure pain changes over six months using a standard hip pain questionnaire.
