Summary

This study is a large registry that will collect information from 10,000 adults who undergo exercise echocardiography (a heart ultrasound during exercise) as part of their regular care. The goal is to learn how the heart changes during exercise in people with different types of heart disease, and to find patterns that can help doctors better predict future heart problems. Participants receive no new treatments—only standard care—and the study simply observes and records their test results and health outcomes over time.
