Summary

This study is testing whether a 6-month exercise program during dialysis sessions can help kidney patients. Forty participants will either do combined aerobic and strength exercises three times a week during treatment or receive their usual care. Researchers will measure changes in body composition, muscle function, walking ability, and overall quality of life.
