Dialysis patients fight muscle loss with bedside workouts

Summary
This study looks at whether doing light exercise during dialysis sessions can help people with advanced kidney disease who also have muscle loss (sarcopenia). About 40 adults will either exercise three times a week during dialysis or continue their usual care. Researchers will measure muscle oxygen, dialysis effectiveness, strength, and quality of life over 12 weeks.
