Summary

This study tests whether a 30-minute supervised cycling session right before chemotherapy or immunotherapy can help cancer patients maintain their fitness. Researchers will enroll 80 adults with breast, ovarian, or colorectal cancer. Participants in the exercise group will bike with a physiotherapist on treatment days for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach is safe, doable, and keeps patients active during treatment.
