Summary

This study tests whether a 30-minute cycling session right before chemotherapy or immunotherapy can help cancer patients maintain their fitness. 80 adults with breast, ovarian, or colorectal cancer will either receive standard exercise advice or also do supervised cycling on treatment days for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach is safe, doable, and keeps patients active during treatment.
