Can a simple exercise and diet plan protect Women's hearts?
NCT ID NCT06345937
Summary
This study is testing how well exercise and diet advice work to improve heart and metabolic health in women before and after menopause. Researchers will compare three groups: one doing exercise, one doing exercise plus getting diet advice, and one doing light stretching. The goal is to see which approach best reduces risks like insulin resistance and to understand if the effects differ based on menopausal status.
