Can walking and diet tame PCOS and asthma together?
NCT ID NCT07446985
Summary
This study is testing if adding regular treadmill walking to a low-calorie diet helps women who have both Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and asthma. Forty women will be split into two groups: one group will do the diet plus exercise, while the other will follow the diet plan alone. Researchers will measure changes in breathing, weight, hormone levels, and overall quality of life over 12 weeks.
