Summary

This study aims to see if a home-based program of exercise and healthy eating can improve thinking skills and physical ability in older cancer survivors and the person who supports them. Researchers will compare a program with virtual coaching to one without coaching over 6 months. The goal is to find the best way to help survivors feel stronger and sharper after cancer treatment.
