Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of guided exercise and a fish oil supplement (DHA) can help people with multiple sclerosis. It will involve 100 participants who will be assigned to different groups to see if the exercise, the supplement, or both together are most effective. The main goal is to see if this approach improves physical strength, reduces fatigue, and enhances overall quality of life.
