Summary
This study tested a new computer-guided exercise system called FitMi AD for people with mild Alzheimer's disease or early memory problems. The device uses sensors to track movements while users follow exercises shown on a screen. Researchers wanted to see if using this system for 3 months could help improve balance, strength, and daily physical function.
