Summary

This study tested a new computer-guided exercise device called FitMi AD for people with mild memory problems or early Alzheimer's disease. The device uses sensors to track movements as people follow exercises shown on a screen. Researchers wanted to see if using this system for 3 months could help improve balance, strength, and daily activities.
