Can Twice-Weekly exercise keep your brain sharp?
NCT ID NCT06799429
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-month exercise and coaching program can help adults with mild to moderate cognitive impairment. Fifty participants in South Carolina will exercise twice weekly, either in-person with a coach or remotely with support, for up to a year. Researchers want to see if the program is practical and enjoyable, and whether it helps maintain or improve physical fitness, mobility, and thinking skills.
