NCT ID NCT07335848

Summary

This study tested whether a special set of physical activity cards that combine movement with brain games could improve thinking skills in middle school students. Over 12 weeks, 36 healthy students aged 11-14 tried either the new activity cards, traditional activity cards, or no program. Researchers measured changes in attention, memory, problem-solving, and mental flexibility to see which approach worked best.
