Summary

This study looked at how 6 weeks of endurance training changes brown and beige fat, which help burn sugar and fat by producing heat. Twenty-four healthy adults were split into an exercise group and a no-training control group. Researchers took blood and fat samples before and after the program to see how exercise affects these heat-producing tissues.
