NCT ID NCT07438808

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether a short, moderate bike ride can improve the brain's ability to adapt and learn in older adults (ages 65-80) compared to younger adults (ages 20-35). Participants will exercise, then receive mild brain stimulation, and researchers will measure brain activity using magnetic pulses. The goal is to find ways to help older adults maintain motor skills and independence.
