Summary
This study looks at how a single 20-minute bike ride affects the brain's ability to change and adapt (neuroplasticity) in healthy older adults, compared to younger adults. Researchers will also test combining exercise with a mild brain stimulation technique called tDCS. The goal is to understand how exercise might help keep the brain flexible and support motor function as we age.
