Gentle exercise method could help kidney patients fight fatigue
NCT ID NCT07288905
Summary
This study is testing whether a special type of exercise training can help people with chronic kidney disease feel better and become more active. Researchers want to see if combining regular exercise with blood flow restriction (using bands to gently limit blood flow during workouts) improves fitness, reduces fatigue, and builds strength. The study will involve 120 participants, including both healthy people and those with kidney disease, to compare results.
