Scientists track blood clues to unlock Athletes' training secrets
NCT ID NCT07473440
Summary
This study looked at how intense training affects both fitness and specific blood markers in elite kickboxers. Forty athletes were split into two groups: one followed a special conditioning program for eight weeks, while the other kept their normal routine. Researchers measured fitness levels and collected blood to see if changes in certain proteins could predict improvements in endurance.
