NCT ID NCT05085860

Summary

This is a small pilot study to see if it's practical to run a larger trial on how short-term exercise affects symptoms in people with atrial fibrillation (AF). Researchers will enroll 36 symptomatic men and women with AF. Participants will try a week of moderate exercise, a week of high-intensity exercise, and a week of rest, while tracking their symptoms and heart rhythm.
