Summary
This study aims to understand how exercise affects hunger and eating. Researchers will compare a short 10-minute run, a longer 30-minute run, and no exercise in healthy men. They will measure hunger feelings, hormone levels, and how much food participants eat afterward to see if exercise timing influences appetite.
