Can a phone app fight cancer fatigue?

NCT ID NCT04035499

Summary

This small pilot study tested whether a 7-week mobile app exercise program was practical and acceptable for 25 older adults with blood cancers who were receiving chemotherapy. The main goal was to see if patients would use the app regularly to track their exercises. Researchers also wanted to learn if using the app could help prevent physical decline, reduce fatigue and depression, and improve quality of life.
