First seen Dec 18, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding therapeutic exercise and education sessions to standard psychotherapy helps adults with depression feel better than just talk therapy alone. About 112 participants will be randomly assigned to either the combined program or psychotherapy only, all done online over 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in mood, quality of life, and physical activity to see if the combined approach offers extra benefits.
