Exercise before and during radiotherapy: a new hope for rectal cancer patients?
NCT ID NCT06292975
First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a 7-week exercise program (aerobic and resistance training) could help people with locally advanced rectal cancer who are receiving short-course radiotherapy. The goal was to see if such a program is practical and acceptable to patients. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled, so no results are available.
